  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Voucher is to be kept in a safe place and treated like cash.
  • There will be no re-issue for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen vouchers.
  • You need to provide your voucher in order for it to be redeemed.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be honoured or extended.
  • 50% of value will be deducted for cancellations within 24 hours notice.
  • 100% of value will be deducted for not showing to a booked appointment.
  • Valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Gift cards can not be redeemed with specialist appointments (DR, Nurse, Cosmetic Tattooist)
